Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time; for smaller accents, simply drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
